Whilst we implement the highest security protocols, the worldwide web is an open communications medium and we cannot guarantee the security of your data. You accept that there is a risk that data transmitted to OpenAX via the website may be intercepted, and we will not be held liable for any loss or damage as a result, unless through our own negligence or breach of legal duty or care owed to you.
