IV. Special Notes on Data Processing in the Context of Additional Features
1. Installer Finder
To show you installers in your area, we process the following personal data based on a contract:
- Name and surname
- Address
- Email address
- Geo-location data
The legal basis for processing this data is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
2. Use of the Solar Calculator
When you use the solar calculator, we use the data you input to provide you with a corresponding non-binding offer and
additional information such as potential savings. With your consent, we may also contact you for informational and
marketing purposes using the contact details you provided. Furthermore, if you also consent to this, we will forward
your data to up to three selected installers in your region to provide further consultation and a non-binding offer.
Providing certain accurate data (particularly name, address, geo-location data, roof area based on satellite images from
third-party services, heating type, email address) is necessary to process your request and provide you with a PDF
summary. The processing of the aforementioned data is based on your consent, which you express by entering data into the
form, according to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. The collected personal data will be deleted no later than 24 months after it is
no longer required for the initiation or performance of a contract with you.
