Our company is a Manufacturer/distributor in Europe and France of photovoltaic products (hereinafter “the Products”). It may also be required to provide, free of charge or for a fee, services related to the Products (hereinafter “the Services”). The Services provided for a fee to the customer will be described in the order and/or the commercial proposal.
The General Conditions apply to all sales of Products and the provision of Services by our company unless specifically agreed in writing between the parties prior to the order.
Any order for Products and/or Services implies the unconditional acceptance by the customer and their full adherence to the General Conditions in force on the date of the order, which prevail over any other document of the customer, and in particular over any general conditions of purchase, unless expressly and priorly agreed otherwise by our company. Consequently, the placing of an order by a customer implies the unconditional adherence of the latter to the General Conditions in force.
We may change our General Terms and Conditions at any time, which is accepted by the customer. The customer’s order is always subject to the latest version of the General Terms and Conditions in force on the day of the order. The customer has access to the latest version of the General Terms and Conditions in force on the link.
It is the customer’s responsibility to read the latest version of the General Conditions in force. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted the General Conditions in force. The General Conditions may be supplemented and/or modified by a framework contract between our company and the customer and/or by the terms of our commercial proposal.
In the event of a contradiction between the General Conditions and a framework contract or a commercial proposal, the framework contract or the commercial proposal will prevail over the General Conditions.
Our catalogs, brochures, advertisements, notices, have only an indicative and informative value, not contractual; we reserve the right to modify them at any time, without notice.
