II. Rights of the Data Subject

II. Data Subject Rights under Art. 12 et seq. GDPR and Art. 77 GDPR/Art. 25

1. Right to Object to Data Collection in Specific Cases and to Direct Marketing (Art. 21 GDPR)

If the data processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise
of official authority or to protect the legitimate interests of the data controller or a third party (based on Art.
6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR and Art. 4 GDPR), you have the right to object, for reasons related to your particular situation, at
any time to the processing of your personal data; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. The specific
legal basis for the processing is outlined in this privacy policy.

If you lodge an objection, we will no longer process your affected personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling
legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing is necessary
for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

If your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the
processing of your personal data for such marketing purposes; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is related to
such direct marketing. If you object, your personal data will no longer be used for direct marketing purposes.

2. Withdrawal of Your Consent to Data Processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your explicit consent. We obtain this consent before starting any
data processing that requires it. You can withdraw your consent at any time. If the option to withdraw consent is not
already provided through clickable links or browser settings, a simple notification to us via email is sufficient. The
legality of the data processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected by the withdrawal.

3. Right to Lodge a Complaint with the Relevant Supervisory Authority

Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority in the event of data
protection violations. The competent supervisory authority for data protection matters is the data protection officer of
the federal state in which our company is based. Below the data protection officer and their contact detail can be found
at the following link:

4. Right to Data Portability

You have the right to receive data that we process automatically based on your consent or in the performance of a
contract, in a commonly used, machine-readable format and to transmit that data to you or another controller. If you
request the direct transmission of data to another controller, this will only be done to the extent technically
feasible.

5. Access, Rectification, Restriction, Erasure

You have the right, within the scope of applicable legal provisions, to access your stored personal data at any time,
including information about its origin and recipients, the purpose of the data processing, and, if applicable, a right
to rectification, restriction, or erasure of this data. For these and other questions regarding personal data, you may
contact us at the address provided in Section I.2. above.
