II. Data Subject Rights under Art. 12 et seq. GDPR and Art. 77 GDPR/Art. 25

1. Right to Object to Data Collection in Specific Cases and to Direct Marketing (Art. 21 GDPR)

If the data processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority or to protect the legitimate interests of the data controller or a third party (based on Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR and Art. 4 GDPR), you have the right to object, for reasons related to your particular situation, at any time to the processing of your personal data; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. If you lodge an objection, we will no longer process your affected personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

If your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for such marketing purposes; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is related to such direct marketing. 2. Withdrawal of Your Consent to Data Processing
